Lev tolstoy (1828- 19 10): Russian writer. Born into a noble family, 1844 studied in the Department of Oriental Language and Law of Kazan University, and was influenced by the bourgeois enlightenment, but 1847 dropped out of school and took part in the Crimean War. His major works include War and Peace (1969), Anna karenin (1877) and Resurrection (1899). In his later years, he gave up his aristocratic privileges and property and lived a civilian life.
Vladimir Lenin (1870- 1924) was born in Simbilsk, Russia on April 22nd, 1970. Lenin is his pen name. His works include Critique of Materialism and Experience, Marxism and Revisionism, which helped Marxism get. After the outbreak of World War I, Lenin put forward the slogan of "turning the imperialist war into a civil war" and expounded the theory that socialism can win first in one country or several countries.
