What is a Martian?
Martians are considered as intelligent creatures on Mars, and they appear in many sci-fi works. But the investigation has not found any evidence to support the existence of Martians.

The enthusiasm for Martians is partly attributed to some astronomers who claim to have observed the "Mars Canal". But then the Mars probe landed on Mars, and the photos sent back showed that there were no signs of life on the surface of Mars, let alone canals or other traces of intelligent life.

However, there are signs that water once existed in the history of Mars, so some people still believe in and explore the prehistoric civilization of Mars.

The most classic image of Martians is jellyfish, which comes from the science fiction novel World War II published by British novelist herbert george wells in 1898.

Mars is a planet on the edge of the livable zone of the solar system, and it is the most likely planet in the solar system to have alien life.

Mars (English, Latin: Mars) is the fourth closest planet to the sun and one of the four major terrestrial planets. In English, Mars is called Mars myth (meaning God of War), but in ancient Chinese, it is called "charm" because it is as bright as fire, and its position and brightness are unpredictable. The orange-red appearance of Mars is caused by iron oxide widely distributed on its surface. In terms of mass and volume, among the eight planets in the solar system, Mars is slightly larger than Mercury, making it the second smallest planet. Mars is about half the diameter of the earth, and its rotation period from the tilt of its axis is equivalent to that of the earth, but it takes about twice as long to revolve around the sun. In English, the prefix areo- means Mars.

Scientific argumentation

Now, scientists have found that there was water on the surface of Mars for hundreds of thousands of years, but it dried up later. Scientists estimate that the groundwater on Mars may be extremely rich, and if there is life, it may live underground on Mars. On February 4th, 65438, NASA released a photo of sedimentary rocks on Mars, which was taken by Mars Global Explorer satellite. Experts have judged that there were lakes on Mars billions of years ago, and perhaps traces of life can be found here. It has been proved that there was water on Mars, and there may have been life before.

But it's impossible to find life on Mars right away, because humans haven't landed on Mars yet, and they don't have the technology needed to immigrate to Mars. Whether there are Martians on Mars will not be known until human beings have thoroughly explored Mars. In the future, if human beings immigrate to outer space, because Mars is friendly (compared with other planets, Mars is most like the Earth), it is suitable for human habitation in many ways, and it is the first stop for our immigration to outer space.
