The Historical Evolution of Shengquan Township
In Xia Dynasty, Shengquan Township was the capital of Xiao State.

During the Spring and Autumn Period, Xiaoguo was rebuilt in China and became a vassal state of the Song Dynasty.

Qin, located in Xiaoxian County, belongs to surabaya county.

In the first year of Hanwang in the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC), Xiaoxian County (Shengquan Township) was located in surabaya county, the western Chu State of Xiang Yu.

In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Xiaoxian County was established in this territory, which belonged to Pei County.

In the Three Kingdoms period, Wei established Xiaoxian County, which belonged to Yuzhou. In the second year of Huang Chu (22 1), Cao Xiong was named Xiao Gong. In the third year of Taihe (229), the Principality of Xiao was changed to Xiao Guo (the only spring township).

In the second year of the Western Jin Dynasty (265), Xiaoxian County (now called Sima Bing) belonged to Guo Pei.

In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Xiaoxian County set up overseas Chinese county.

During the Northern and Southern Dynasties, Xiaoxian County was located in the Southern Song Dynasty, belonging to Pei County and North Xuzhou.

Sui County (Xiao Gucheng) belongs to Pengcheng County, Xuzhou.

Tang, located in Xiao County (Xiao Gucheng), belongs to Xuzhou.

In the Song Dynasty, a three-level system of road, state and county was implemented, and Xiaoxian County was established, which was subordinate to Xuzhou Wuning Army on Jingdong West Road. During the Shaosheng period (1094 ~ 1097), in order to avoid the flood of the Yellow River, a new city was rebuilt half a mile south of the city, which was called the North City.

Yuan, the abolition of Xiaoxian organizational system, merged into Xuzhou. In the 12th year of Zhiyuan, it was restored to Xiaoxian County, which belongs to Xuzhou, the capital of Guide.

In February of the fourth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (137 1), it was Zhongdu Prefecture. In November of the fourteenth year of Hongwu, he returned to Xuzhou, Nanjing (South Zhili). In the fifth year of Wanli, Cheng Nan in Xiaoxian County fell into the Yellow River breach. Xiao Gucheng, as the political center of Xiao County, withdrew from the historical stage. The court approved the establishment of a new city in Yangbianji (now Longcheng Town) south of Fengshan, and extended the old name of the abandoned city Longcheng in the east to Longcheng. It is the second great migration of the ruins of Xiao County to distinguish it from the old city. Leshan Township has jurisdiction over 9 villages including Guo Liang Village, Banjiu Village, Qin Village, Dingmu Village, Yanmen Village, Yangcun Village, Beicheng Village, Lvli Village and Xinpeng Village.

At the end of Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (1875), Leshan Township and Zaifang Township were established in the territory.

In the 20th year of the Republic of China (193 1), it belonged to the first district of Xiaoxian County, the northwest town.

In the thirty-fifth year of the Republic of China (1946), it was located in Muji District, Xiaoxian County.

In the thirty-eighth year of the Republic of China (1949), Muji District was abolished, Hongmiao District was merged into Taolou District, and Taolou District was established, located in Taolou Village.

1September, 950, Taolou District governed Hong Ting, Haozhuang, Dulou, Gushang, Yaozhuang, Shengquan, Muji, Daibei, Biannan, Wang Lou, Quli, Hong Bei, Hongmiao, Mage and Ruth 15 townships and 90 administrative villages.

1June, 955, Taolou District was merged into Longcheng District.

1September, 1959, the district organizational system was abolished and the MUJI commune was established.

1980, muji commune was established.

In 1984, Shengquan District was established, which governs five townships, including Guo Zhuang Township, Taolou Township, beicheng Township, Zhengyaozhuang Township and Muji Town, with 46 villagers' committees and 2 16 villagers' groups.

1992 abolished Shengquan District and established Shengquan Township.
