On November 21st, the ninth year of Taihe (835), when the first dynasty was in Chenziting, General John Jinwu reported that the pomegranate tree occupied by Sarginge lost nectar at night. So they conspired to say that the main road was fake and let the eunuch check the authenticity. However, due to the leakage of the plan, the eunuch retaliated, and after some fighting, the eunuch finally won. After the incident, Li Ang was placed under house arrest by eunuchs. State affairs were monopolized by eunuchs, and eunuchs began to be unorganized and despised by literators. Literati drink all day and end up depressed. Five years later (840), he died in Chang 'an Palace at the age of 31. Completely controlled by eunuchs, life is naturally not dominated by itself.
