The hospital was built in 1956. In 2000, it was approved as a "second-class first-class Chinese medicine hospital" and a "provincial model Chinese medicine hospital", and passed the dimethyl evaluation at the end of 20 13. In 2002 and 2004, it was awarded the first and second "civilized unit" by Bozhou Municipal Committee and Bozhou Municipal People's Government.
