The general operating mode is:

1. Log in to the qq number, enter the qq main panel, and click the small speaker icon at the bottom.

2. At this time, we open the message manager of qq, click the small triangle in the upper right corner of the manager window, and click "Import Message Record" in the list.

3. The qq message import guidance window pops up. Click and select Message Log.

4. The simplest import method is "automatic search record". Click on this.

Click Import.

But sometimes it is not necessarily feasible to save trouble. We may encounter software that prompts us to fail to import.

Click Import again.

6. Repeat the previous process and select the import message.

Click the second item "Import from the specified directory" or the third item, and we need to know the storage location of the previous qq message records. If it is on drive C and the system is reinstalled, the record cannot be recovered. Select the storage location of qq message records in the browse location.

7. Click Import.

If the import is successful, the software will prompt.

PS: The message record recovery mentioned here is based on the premise that the computer keeps the message record. If the local message record is also cleared, the record cannot be recovered by this method. Please pay attention!
