Simu Wuding handed down from Shang Dynasty is the largest bronze ware in the world. According to experts' research, casting such a tripod in Shang Dynasty required at least 1 000 kg of raw materials and 300 craftsmen to cooperate. Now the tripod is listed in the National Museum of China, and it is known as the "treasure of the town and country". It is strictly forbidden to go abroad for exhibitions.
The discovery of Simu Wuding was a rather accidental opportunity. Villagers in a village in Anyang came across a very hard thing while digging in the field. The villagers kept digging until they saw a little copper rust and finally realized that it was probably a treasure. So the construction started at night, and the baby was dug up for three consecutive nights.
At that time, during the war in China, Anyang became a Japanese base. In order not to be discovered by the Japanese, the villagers carefully hid Dading at home. But in the end, it was discovered by the Japanese army and was ready to grab the treasure. In order to save their lives, the villagers decided to pack the cauldrons separately. But on the way to separate the cauldron, the villagers felt more and more sorry. So he risked his life to move Dading's hiding place many times to protect this "treasure of the town house" from the Japanese. After the war, Dading was nationalized.
Unfortunately, one of Ding's ears was knocked off by the villagers, and then he disappeared. Fortunately, it was finally restored by cultural relics experts, and Dading was truly complete.
