Development history of electric locomotive of Harmony Power 3B
In 2004, the executive meeting in the State Council, People's Republic of China (PRC) adopted the Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning, which clearly pointed out that "to accelerate the modernization of China's railway transportation equipment, we should follow the overall requirements of introducing advanced technology, jointly designing and producing, and building a brand in China". According to the above policies established by the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission, People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Railways jointly issued the Implementation Plan for Technology Import and Localization of High Power AC Drive Electric Locomotive in July 2004, which officially started the procurement process of new AC drive electric locomotives. From 2004 to 2005, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Company, Datong Electric Locomotive Company and Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company cooperated with Siemens, Alstom and Toshiba Company respectively to introduce 420 high-power AC drive electric locomotives.

In order to solve the problem of China's railway transportation capacity and realize the goal of heavy-load and fast freight transportation in China's railway trunk lines, the Ministry of Railways of China formulated the technical scheme of six-axle high-power AC drive electric locomotive in June 2006, and determined the project implementation mode. Entrusted by the Ministry of Railways, China Technology Import and Export Corporation started the bidding procurement project of high-power AC drive six-axle freight electric locomotive, and conducted business and technical negotiations with CNR Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. designated by the Ministry of Railways and its partner Bombardier Transport Group. On February/KOOC-0//KOOC-0/day, 2007, after half a year's technical negotiation, China Ministry of Railways, China Technology Import and Export Corporation, Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. and Bombardier Transportation Group signed a purchase contract for 500 harmonious high-power six-axle 9600 kW freight electric locomotives, including a parts purchase contract and a technology transfer agreement for driving device manufacturing. The total contract amount is 6,543.8+0,654,38.0 billion euros (6,543.8+0,654,38.0 billion yuan), of which Bombardier's share is about 370 million euros. At that time, Zhang Shuguang, deputy chief engineer and director of China Ministry of Railways, André Navarri, executive vice president of Bombardier, and representatives from relevant parties attended the signing ceremony. The new locomotive was finally determined as HXD3B, where HX is the initials of Harmony, D stands for electric locomotive, and 3 stands for the manufacturer code of Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company, which is also commonly known as Harmony 3B electric locomotive. According to the contract, Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company is responsible for the main design of HXD3B electric locomotive, and Bombardier Company helps to check the design. The technical design and support of traction system and control equipment are provided by Bombardier. The first set of traction system and control equipment will be produced in Bombardier's factory in Europe, and the subsequent production will be jointly produced by Bombardier's joint venture company in China-Jiangsu Changtai Bombardier Traction System Co., Ltd. and Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company.

HXD3B electric locomotive is a high-power AC drive six-axle electric locomotive designed for trunk freight based on HXD3 electric locomotive design and manufacturing technology platform and IORE electric locomotive designed and manufactured by Bombardier for LKAB, Sweden. The locomotive axle Co-Co axle weighs 25 tons. The traction system adopts AC -DC- AC drive, water-cooled IGBT traction inverter, variable frequency asynchronous traction motor, "MITRAC" microcomputer control system, single-axis control technology and wheel braking technology. Uniaxial power 1.600 kW, and rated total power is 9,600 kW. It can pull 5500 ~ 6500 tons freight trains only in plain areas.

At the end of June 2007, Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company completed the drawing receiving and sorting of IORE electric locomotive. In the first half of 2008, Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Company completed three design reviews and three design liaison meetings, and passed the ministerial design reviews of bogies, car bodies, traction systems, microcomputer control systems and main transformers. In September 2008, the fourth design liaison meeting was held in Beijing. HXD3B electric locomotive entered the trial production stage, and began to trial-produce the main components such as car body and frame. After routine test, the main transformer passed the type test of Shenyang Transformer Research Institute of National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center on June 5438+ 10, 2008. At the end of June 2008, the first locomotive began to enter the assembly line. On February 29th, 2008, the first HXD3B electric locomotive rolled off the assembly line in Dalian. On June 5438+1October, 2009, the first batch of two HXD3B electric locomotives (000 1. 0002) were put into trial operation in Nanjing East Locomotive Depot of Shanghai Railway Bureau and in beijing-shanghai railway. Initially, he was mainly responsible for the freight train traction from Nanjing East to Changzhou. According to the locomotive deployment plan originally planned by the Ministry of Railways at that time, the first batch of HXD3B electric locomotives were originally planned to be deployed to Nanjing East Locomotive Depot in large quantities to replace the original HXD3 electric locomotives. However, as the electrification reconstruction project of the north line of Beijing-Kowloon Railway (Beijing Xilehua Section) will be completed ahead of schedule in February 2009, and a large number of electric locomotives are needed to meet the freight demand of Beijing-Kowloon Railway, the Ministry of Railways decided to put HXD3B electric locomotives into use on Beijing-Kowloon Railway first. In June, 2009, 5438+065438+ 10, Fengtai Workshop and Tianjin North Workshop of Fengtai Locomotive Depot of Beijing Railway Bureau began to be assigned with HXD3B locomotives, while Nanjing East Locomotive Depot 00 1 0002 locomotives were temporarily controlled by Fuyang Locomotive Depot for driver teaching, and then assigned to Fengtai Locomotive Depot. On February 29th, 2009, 65438, the electrification of Beijing-Kowloon Railway was completed and opened, and the HXD3B locomotive began to undertake the task of freight train traction between Nancang, Fengtai West and Fuyang North.

From February 20 10, Sujiatun Locomotive Depot, Dalian Locomotive Depot and Jinzhou Locomotive Depot of Shenyang Railway Bureau also began to allocate a large number of HXD3B electric locomotives, which were put into use in beijing-harbin railway, Shenyang-Dalian Railway, shenshan railway and jinshan railway to undertake the task of freight train traction from Dalian Jinzhou to Harbin, Sujiatun to Yingkou Bayuquan and Nancang to Shenyang West. In July, 2065438+00, due to the completion and opening of Xinggong contact line, Shijiazhuang Electric Locomotive Depot of Beijing Railway Bureau began to take the lead in using HXD3B locomotive to undertake the traction task of freight trains between Shijiazhuang and Nancang and Beitang West.

From July 1 day, 2065438, the locomotive HXD3B of Fengtai Locomotive Depot of Beijing Railway Bureau began to undertake the traction task of passenger train K10711072 between Beijing West and Anqing, with the line from Beijing West to Fuyang. Part of the time is towed by Mao Zedong locomotive HXD3B 1893. 65438+ In February of the same year, Mao Zedong locomotive was replaced by HXD3D passenger electric locomotive.
