Taipei 10 1 (Taipei 10 1), formerly known as Taipei Financial Center, was designed by Li Zuyuan. BOT development case of Taipei Municipal Government, owned by Taipei Financial Building Co., Ltd., is a skyscraper located in Xinyi District, Taipei City, Taiwan Province Province, with a height of 508 meters,10/floor above ground and 5 floors underground. It is the second tallest skyscraper in the world (the first is the Burj Dubai in the Middle East). Its English name Taipei 10 1 not only represents Taipei, but also has the meaning of "technology, art, innovation, people, environment and identity" (technology, art, innovation, people, environment and personality).

Taipei Financial Building is located in Xinyi District, Taipei City, next to the Taipei Municipal Government. It is a large-scale BOT development case that the government encourages private investment after the Taiwan Province high-speed rail case. Taipei Financial Building is jointly funded by two banks and industries in Taiwan Province Province/KLOC-0, with a total cost of NT$ 58 billion. Li Zuyuan, a famous architect, is responsible for design and supervision. The podium at the bottom of the building will not only serve as a shopping mall, but also become the financial and commercial center of Taipei, and the stock exchange will also move here.
