The Legend of Shanghai Songjiang Square Tower
There is a magnificent temple in the north of Fangta Garden, which was originally the Tianhou Palace Hall in the north of Luqiao, Henan, Shanghai. It was built in the 9th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1883). This is the only remaining building in Tianhou Palace. In a cramped environment, surrounded by a school building, in order to preserve historical sites, I moved to Fangta Garden to restore the style of ancient buildings. Tian Fei is the queen of heaven. According to legend, she was the sixth daughter of Lin Yuan, a native of Putian, Fujian in the Northern Song Dynasty. Lin was willing to inspect the capital. It is said that Tianhou was dressed according to the well, and gods came out to give her bronze symbols, which made her deified. She closed her eyes and saw her father and brother killed at sea. My brother was robbed at sea, but my father survived. The consequences come true. After the death of Tianhou, she remained as a god until the fifth year of Xuanhe (A.D. 1 123), and was later promoted to the status of a holy princess. From then on, it became the god of guards, and later moved from Luqiao, Henan Province to Shunji Temple in Song Dynasty, and was placed in Fangta Garden as an ancient building.

In addition, Lan, a dynasty building scattered in Zhongshan West Road, Songjiang County, was the residence of Jiangxi Governor in the early Qing Dynasty, with 5 rooms wide and 7 squares deep. Most of the column beams are made of nanmu, which is quite distinctive, commonly known as Nanmu Hall. The architectural style of this hall is simple, elegant and refined. The beams are all plain, the arch is used between the beams and the tourists, and the front porch column is made of octagonal wood, which is rare. Today, the Pagoda Garden has also been demolished and used as a memorial hall for Zhu Shunshui in the Ming Dynasty. The beauty peak stone in front of Lanrui Hall was originally the villa of the Ming Dynasty painter Sun. There is a small flower room to the north of the promenade. Five stone bees in the white wall outside the temple, known as the "Five Old Peaks", were abandoned by the Ming Dynasty painter Gu Zhengyi in Jinzhuo Garden. Today, they are all used to decorate the landscape of Fangta Cultural Relics Park.
