Fuyang steet
Fuyang Festival is a festival with Peng Zu cultural connotation created on the basis of Xuzhou folk food customs. In the Peng Zu era, Xuzhou had the custom of eating sheep, and Peng Zu's "Hide Fish and Hide Sheep" was the sublimation of the cooking skills of sheep dishes in that era.
The specialties of Fuyang Festival include: whole lamb banquet, mutton soup, roast whole lamb, roast whole lamb, mutton skewers, mutton hot pot, Tujia instant-boiled mutton, mutton head clear soup, mutton head with spiced sauce, three treasures of sheep, hand-grabbed mutton, crispy lamb chops, superior mutton offal, braised leg of lamb, mutton fried buns and so on.
During the Fuyang Food Festival, the opening ceremony of Fuyang Festival was held in Shanghai, Xuzhou and Xiaoxian. Local operas, dances, martial arts and folk customs are staged every day, and fabrics, dough sculptures, paper-cuts and exotic flowers and grasses are exhibited.
