Fang Shuijing, located outside the Laodongmen Bridge in Chengdu, is the site of a workshop for burning Sichuan wine in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. In 2000, it was rated as one of the top ten archaeological discoveries in China by National Cultural Heritage Administration 1999, and was announced as a national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council on June 25th, 2006. There were ancient pits in Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and there were three hanging halls in modern Ming and Qing Dynasties. The unique cornice roof is conducive to steam emission. There are 8 wine cellars, 4 stoves and 4 ash pits. The unearthed ceramics include bowls, plates, bowls, pots, cups, saucers, spoons, lamps, pots, pots, bricks, tiles, tiles and wells. Among them, wine vessels are the most abundant, including blue-and-white glaze, blue glaze, sauce glaze, black glaze and pastel porcelain. There are many kinds of decorative patterns on utensils, among which the most common ones are flowers, rolled leaves, bamboo, pine, plum and other plant patterns, as well as figures paintings such as fishing and baby play pictures, animals such as landscapes, fish, dragons, birds and monsters, and even Sanskrit themes. A small number of Song dynasty porcelain pieces were also found in the excavation, which shows that there are relics earlier than the wine-making sites here.
