1, clear the single software download record.
Please go to the "Software Store" APP > My > Download Management > More Download Records page, and click the "Delete" button on the right side of the software to clear the download records of the software.
2. Clear all software download records.
Please go to the "Software Store" APP > My > Download Management > More Download Records page, and click "Clear Records" in the upper right corner to clear all software download records.
