Nan Xiangzi, written by Xin Qiji, was published in Gubei Pavilion in the Southern Song Dynasty in Jingkou. The original text is:
Where to see China? Full of scenery, Gu Bei Building. How many things have gone up and down through the ages? The Yangtze River stretches as far as the eye can see.
I was too young to stop fighting in the southeast. Who is the world hero? Cao Liu. Children should be like Sun Zhongmou.
Translation:
Where can I overlook my hometown, the Central Plains? At present, we can only see the magnificent mountains and rivers around Beigulou, which have experienced ups and downs for thousands of years. I don't know how many changes have been made. It's really hard to say, as far as the eye can see, just like this vast river.
Imagine how brave Sun Quan was, commanding thousands of healthy men when he was young. Occupy the south of the Yangtze River. Who in the world is a hero worthy of being his opponent? Only Cao Cao and Liu Bei can compete with him. No wonder some people say that the son born should be like Sun Quan.

Theme appreciation:
By praising ancient heroes, this word expresses the author's heroic feelings of wanting to be as brave as ancient heroes, clean up old mountains and rivers and serve the country. It is full of deep patriotic thoughts, but it also reveals the author's infinite feelings of serving the country and contains resentment against the Southern Song Dynasty imperial court for not daring to steal peace.
The whole poem is closely combined with scenery, lyricism and discussion; Incorporate ancient sayings into words and use allusions and idioms flexibly; Throughout the three questions and three answers, the levels are clear and echo each other; Lyric on the spot, satirizing the present through the ancient times; Distinctive style, broad spirit and optimistic mood.
