Where does Children's Day come from?
The origin of Children's Day is as follows:

1949, 1 1 October, in order to mourn all the children who died in the fascist war of aggression in the world, oppose the cruelty and poison of imperialism to children and protect children's rights, the International Democratic Women's Federation held a conference in Moscow, and proposed and decided to designate June 1 year as the world's children's.

After the founding of New China, the State Council, the central people's government, unified China's Children's Day as International Children's Day 1 February 23rd, 949, and designated June1day as New China Children's Day. On Children's Day, the school usually organizes related group activities for this purpose and requires students to dress formally.

1 June 9501day, the first international children's day in new China, small business owners celebrated. Children are the future of the motherland. The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the first Children's Day in New China. Mao Zedong wrote an inscription: "Celebrate Children's Day". On this day, 5000 children gathered in the concert hall of Zhongshan Park in Beijing to celebrate their own festivals, and children from all over the country also held get-together activities.

Since then, every June 1 day, various activities have been organized all over the country to celebrate Children's Day. The Party and the government are very concerned about the healthy growth of children, and have created a good living and learning environment for them. Children in New China are thriving under the sunshine of the Party.

History of Children's Day in China;

The first Children's Day in China is April 4th. 1932. At 193 1, the "Shanghai Chinese Love Association" initiated a proposal, hoping that the government would designate April 4th every year as Children's Day. Subsequently, the Ministry of Education formulated a method to commemorate Children's Day, which was implemented on April 4 of the following year.

After the founding of New China, the State Council of the Central People's Government announced on February 23rd 1949 and 1949 that the original Children's Day on April 4th would be changed to June 1 day International Children's Day.

On Children's Day, people usually celebrate by giving children toys and gifts, or going out to eat or play with them. However, since Children's Day is only a children's festival, the effect of this festival is discounted; In some countries, Children's Day is a national public holiday, even adults have a holiday, and parents can take their children out to play.

1925 In August, the concept of "International Children's Day" was first put forward at the International Conference on Child Welfare held in Geneva, Switzerland. However, there is no specific date for Children's Day.

Therefore, since the General Assembly, all governments have formulated their own "Children's Day", but the dates are not uniform. This is why many countries in the world still celebrate Children's Day on other dates instead of on June 1 day.
