3. Spiritual civilization

Spiritual civilization is the sum of spiritual achievements made by human beings in the process of transforming the objective world and the subjective world, and it is the progressive state of human wisdom and morality.

Spiritual civilization is mainly manifested in two aspects:

First, scientific culture, including social culture, knowledge and wisdom, and the development scale and level of education, science, culture, art, health and sports.

Second, ideological and moral aspects, including social and political thoughts, moral outlook, social fashion and people's world outlook, ideals, sentiments, consciousness, beliefs, organization and discipline.

Its function is to provide ideological guarantee, spiritual motivation and political guarantee, legal guarantee and intellectual support for the development of material civilization.

Socialist spiritual civilization is an important stage in the development of human spiritual civilization. Guided by Marxism, it is a new spiritual civilization in human history under the socialist economic and political system, an important feature of socialist society and an important goal and feature of modernization. 4 ecological civilization

Ecological civilization refers to the sum of material and spiritual achievements made by human beings following the objective law of harmonious development of man, nature and society; It refers to a cultural and ethical form with the basic purpose of harmonious symbiosis, virtuous circle, all-round development and sustained prosperity between man and nature, man and man, and man and society. It will fundamentally change the form of human society.

Ecological civilization is a higher stage of the development of agricultural civilization and industrial civilization; In a narrow sense, ecological civilization and material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization are parallel forms of civilization, and they are civilizations that coordinate the relationship between man and nature.
