Article 1 Name of the Association: China Yijing Research Association.

Article 2 China Yijing Research Association is supported and participated by old scholars and professors who have devoted themselves to the exploration and research of traditional Yijing culture for many years, with "Beijing Yuan Yi Fangming Technology Co., Ltd." as the economic backing for the development of the association. It is a voluntary, non-profit, national and officially registered international academic institution, which was jointly established by experts and scholars in the field of Yi Studies in China. All activities of this Association must abide by and be protected by national laws and regulations.

Article 3 Purpose of the Association

Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, with the aim of promoting Chinese traditional cultural undertakings, unite experts from China at home and abroad to inherit and carry forward the wisdom and culture of the Chinese nation; Strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, further promote China's reform and opening up and economic and cultural prosperity in the 2nd/KLOC-0 century, thus leading China's traditional culture to a deeper and broader field.

Article 4 This Association shall abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the state and accept the supervision and guidance of the functional departments of the government.

Article 5 Maintain the dignity and image of the motherland and love the motherland and China.

Chapter II Occupational Scope

The professional scope of our association

(a) the full implementation of national policies on the development of traditional culture. Analyze the true meaning of the original Book of Changes, explore the cultural connotation of traditional studies, reveal the mystery of the Book of Changes, and inherit the classics of human civilization.

(two) to carry out scientific research on traditional culture, and actively understand the research trends of Yi people at home and abroad. Hold lectures by experts and scholars to improve the academic level of members.

(3) Organize academic activities at home and abroad, such as China Yi-ology seminars or reports, and hold lectures by experts and scholars from time to time, so as to improve the academic level of members and spread Chinese wisdom and civilization.

(4) Recommend excellent Yi-ology talents to all walks of life at home and abroad, so that Yi-ology talents have a huge space to play.

(5) Establish a business service office, so that China Yi can truly integrate theory with practice and serve modern social life.

Chapter III Members

Article 7 All members who apply to join the Association are individual members and must meet the following conditions:

(1) Support the articles of association of this Association. Willing to join the association.

(two) people from all walks of life who love the motherland and the traditional culture of China and are easy to learn through scientific research.

(3) No criminal record.

Article 8 The membership procedure is as follows:

(1) Submit the application for membership.

(2) After approval, the Association will issue exquisite steel seal certificates for members of the Association or other positions.

Article 9 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

(two) to participate in the activities of this association;

(three) the priority of obtaining the service of this association;

(four) have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association;

(5) Freedom to join and quit voluntarily.

Article 10 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(a) to implement the resolutions of this Council;

(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this association;

(three) to complete the work assigned by the association;

(four) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;

(five) to reflect the situation to the association and provide information.

Article 11 A member who withdraws from the club shall notify the club in writing and return his membership card.

Article 12. If a member seriously violates the Articles of Association, it shall be removed by voting of the board of directors.

Chapter IV Creation and Cancellation of Association Institutions and Positions

Article 13 The voting right of this Association is the general meeting of members; The functions and powers of the General Assembly are:

(1) Amending the Articles of Association.

(2) Electing and dismissing directors;

(3) Deciding to terminate.

Article 14 A general meeting of members can only be held when more than two thirds of the members are present, and its resolutions can only take effect when more than half of the members vote.

Article 15 The Council is the executive body of the general meeting of members, leading the Association to carry out its daily work during the intersessional period and being responsible for the general meeting of members.

Article 16 The functions and powers of the Council are:

(1) To implement the resolutions of the general meeting of members, and the board of directors shall be responsible to the chairman.

(2) The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General may be temporarily elected and removed.

(3) Preparing for convening a general meeting of members.

(4) Deciding to accept or expel members.

(five) report to the members' congress.

(six) to discuss and decide other matters.

Article 17 The Standing Council shall be convened only when more than two-thirds of the executive directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than half of the executive directors present vote.

Article 18 The Standing Council shall convene a meeting at least once every six months, which may be convened temporarily under special circumstances.

Article 19 The president, vice-president and secretary-general of the Association must meet the following conditions:

(a) love the motherland, love the traditional culture of the motherland, and take the lead in observing the articles of association of this association.

(2) Those who have great influence on the scientific research of Zhouyi and have made remarkable achievements.

(3) The maximum age of the President, Vice President and Secretary General is not limited, and the Secretary General is full-time.

(4) Being healthy and able to work normally.

(5) It has not violated the law and has not been subjected to criminal punishment.

(6) Having full capacity for civil conduct.

Article 20 The president of the Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:

(a) to convene and preside over the Council and the Standing Council.

(two) to check the implementation of the resolutions of the general assembly, the Council and the Standing Council.

(3) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of the Association.

Article 21 The Secretary General of the Association shall exercise the following functions and powers:

(a) to preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan.

(2) Coordinating the work of various institutions.

(3) Nominating deputy secretaries-general and heads of offices and submitting them to the Council or the Standing Council for decision.

Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use

Article 22 the sources of funds of this association

(1) Beijing Yuan Yi Fangming Technology Co., Ltd. provides registered capital and part of the activity funds;

(2) Donations and membership fees;

(3) government funding;

(4) Income from activities or services provided within the approved business scope;

(5) interest;

(6) Other lawful income.

Article 23 The asset management of this Association must implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the general meeting (or representative meeting) and the financial department. If the source of assets belongs to the state appropriation or social donation or subsidy, it must accept the supervision of audit institutions and publish relevant information to the society in an appropriate way.

Article 24 The Association shall establish a strict financial credit system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting affairs, and will handle any problems according to law.

Article 25 An association shall be equipped with accountants with professional qualifications. Accounting personnel shall not concurrently serve as cashiers. Accountants must conduct accounting and exercise accounting supervision. When an accountant transfers his job or leaves his post, he must make a clear handover with the recipient.

Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Twenty-sixth amendments to the articles of association of this association must be approved by the Council and reported to the general assembly (or representative assembly) for consideration.

Article 27 The revised Articles of Association of the Organization shall come into effect within 15 days after it is adopted by the general meeting of members (or congress), agreed by the competent business unit and approved by the organization registration authority.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 28 Supplementary provisions of branches:

Each branch or cooperative unit of China Yijing Research Association should take the development and expansion of China Yijing Research Association as its own responsibility, be conscientious and single-minded.

All branches or cooperative units, regardless of their level, have the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation agreement if they commit the following acts, and all losses caused thereby shall be borne by the illegal branches or cooperative units:

3. Failing to report the work progress in time or failing to contact the General Association for more than three months.

4. Establish an independent Zhouyi institution or have close cooperation with other Zhouyi institutions.

7. Failing to implement or delaying the implementation of the important work instructions issued by the China Yijing Research Association.
