Where is Wu Huan in the Eastern Han Dynasty now? Who controlled this place at that time?
During the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wu Huan generally lived in Wuliaoshan area north of Arukerqin Banner in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This place was controlled by the state of Wu Huan at that time.

First of all, the Wuhuan ethnic group is an ancient minority in China, belonging to the Donghu ethnic group. In 206 BC, Donghu was broken by the cavalry led by Mao Dun Khan of Xiongnu, and the soldiers were in a state of chaos. The army of Wuhuan tribe fled to Wuhuan Mountain and settled here, and established the Wuhuan State with Wuhuan as its national title.

Secondly, before 207 A.D., the land of Wuhuan was controlled by the great Khan of past dynasties. In the 12th year of Jian 'an, Wu Huan's last Khan Tower Shield was beheaded by Zhang Liao, the general of Wei State, in the Battle of Bailangshan, and Wu Huan was torn apart since then.

3. In 2 18 AD, Wu Huan and Xianbei rebelled and were defeated by Wei generals Cao Zhang and Tian Yu, and Wu Huan's strength was seriously weakened again. Wu Huan, who stayed in his hometown, was quickly captured by Xianbei cavalry. Since then, Wuhuan people have been assimilated by Han, Xianbei, Tiele and others, and integrated into the long history of Chinese civilization.
