1, Shaolin boxing

One of the traditional boxing methods in China, named after Shaolin Temple, is a boxing method formed by absorbing the strengths of various martial arts on the basis of ancient fitness techniques in China. As one of the most influential schools, it is well-known at home and abroad for its vigorous, unpretentious and conducive to fighting and attacking.

2. Hongquan

China's traditional boxing is one of the representatives of Nanquan, and it is also called the five famous boxing in Guangdong with Liu, Li, Cai and Mo. There are three theories about its origin. One is Hongquan, a boxing method taught by Hong Men, a secret folk society in the south of Qing Dynasty, under the guise of Shaolin. Another point of view is that it evolved from the local boxing in Shaanxi during the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, such as Red Boxing, which has a history of more than 300 years. There is another saying that it was founded by Hong Xiguan, a disciple of the Southern Shaolin laity, during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty.

3. Wing Chun Quan

Wing Chun Boxing is a technology to prevent invasion, a self-defense system that is actively simplified, and a boxing method that legally uses force. Compared with other traditional martial arts in China, it pays more attention to subduing opponents as soon as possible, so as to minimize the harm of the parties.

4. Tai Ji Chuan

World-class intangible cultural heritage is a kind of gentle and light traditional boxing of Han nationality, which combines the changes of Yin and Yang and five elements in Yi-ology, Chinese medicine meridians, ancient biography and breathing, and takes Taiji and Yin and Yang dialectical thought in China's traditional Confucianism and Taoism as the core thought.
