Architecture of ultra-wideband positioning system for factory personnel
1. System composition:
UWB positioning system is roughly divided into location awareness layer, network transport layer and positioning application layer, which mainly includes: positioning engine server, intelligent terminal, POE switch, UWB base station, UWB tag, UWB module, software interface and so on.
2. Working principle:
1) Each positioning tag repeatedly sends data frames with UWB pulses without interruption;
2) the positioning base station receives the UWB pulse train sent by the positioning tag;
3) each positioning base station uses a high-sensitivity short pulse detector to measure the time when the data frame of each positioning tag reaches the receiving antenna;
4) The positioning engine refers to the calibration data sent by the tag to determine the time difference when the tag arrives at different positioning base stations, and uses the three-point positioning technology and optimization algorithm to calculate the tag position.
5) Multi-base station positioning is adopted, and TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) algorithm is mostly adopted.

1, factory personnel positioning system management
By deploying the precise positioning operating system in the factory, the central control room can check the real-time location distribution of employees, visitors and articles at any time and analyze the dynamic walking trajectory; When a danger occurs, it will be rescued quickly according to the distribution information of personnel information.
2. Track the historical movement track
The operating system will record the movement track of personnel information or items in detail. By calling the history, you can see the time to enter and leave an area and the time to keep the area. Through system playback, users can trace the whole event.
3. One-button emergency alarm
In the daily work of employees, if there is an emergency, employees will use the "one-button alarm" button on the label to send distress information, and the terminal will provide timely background rescue according to the location of the information of the people in distress.
4. Monitor video links
The operating system is connected with the video surveillance and determines the current position of the target. When an early warning event occurs, it can also be connected to a camera to view the current real-time scene.
5. Intelligent supervision of inspection work
The operating system will record the inspection time and completion of each inspection track and inspector information, so as to realize intelligent job evaluation, improve management efficiency and ensure factory safety.
6. Safety protection of electronic fence
When someone or something enters the area without authorization, or stays in the area for a long time without authorization, the operating system will immediately issue an early warning message to prevent potential security risks.
7. Excessive information/lack of early warning from regional personnel
Set the number of people in a specific area or workshop. If the total number of people in the area is full or not up to standard, an early warning message will be issued immediately. Prevent a large number of people from gathering in a certain place and causing a vicious accident, and prevent others from leaving their posts without authorization.
8. Organizational structure and personnel management
Self-defined organizational structure, easy to manage at department level, low battery reminder, paging /SOS record.
