The controversial team leader Jimmy Hoffa disappeared in the parking lot of a restaurant in Detroit, Michigan the day before, and was reported missing on July 3 1975. Hoffa's disappearance remains a mystery, which makes him a permanent and fixed image in American folklore.

Jimmy Hoffa has shown extraordinary leadership skills since he was a child. He is the son of a coal miner. At the age of 20, he helped organize his first trip to Detroit. Hoffa's extraordinary talent and charm were not ignored by the local team union, and he soon came out of the organized team.

Truck drivers organize truck drivers all over the country to negotiate contract requirements on behalf of workers through legal means such as * * *, * *, and some ways are even darker.

When the truck driver/president of KLOC-0/957 was jailed for taking bribes, Hoffa took over the job. It is said that his enthusiasm for expanding the trade union is tireless, and even the lowest members can be fairly represented. Hoffa's open policy and loyalty to his position are perfectly summed up by his famous saying: "Do you have any questions? Call me. Pick up the phone,

Hoffa is very popular with his workers and many businessmen and politicians who negotiate with him. He also colluded with high-level mafia; Dealing with the most notorious mafia at that time was nothing but routine for him. During John F. Kennedy's presidency, Attorney General Robert Kennedy was well aware of the relationship between Hoff's law and mafia, and was determined to bring him to justice as part of the fight against organized crime. 1967, he exhausted all appeals and began to serve eight years in prison. 197 1 year, president Nixon pardoned the release of hoff's law and sentenced it to fixed-term imprisonment, provided that he could not participate in motorcade activities for ten years.

So Jimmy is free, but he is excluded from the team. He appealed the Amnesty clause and contacted his old supporters, apparently trying to regain control of the union as soon as he became legal. This seems to be a very realistic possibility. Hoff method still has incredible influence in the organization.

Then, when he was arranged to have lunch with two mafia leaders-Anthony Giacolun of Detroit and Anthony Provenzano of new york, he disappeared without a trace.

Over the years, there have been many reports speculating where Hoffa's body was found, but it has not been found so far. As for the "cause" of Hoffa's death, most people thought that Hoffa's return to the motorcade was a threat to the mob, so they drove him away before he had a headache. Seven years after Jimmy Hoffa disappeared, he was declared legally dead.

Today, the president of the International Brotherhood of Truck Drivers is Jimmy's son James Hoffa.
