Sausage is a kind of sausage originated in Russia, which is made of pork, starch, garlic and other materials. Named for its fiery red color. It tastes mellow and delicious. After the completion of the Middle East Railway, it was introduced into China from Russia and became a specialty of Harbin, Jiamusi, Qitaihe and Manzhouli in Northeast China, especially sausages produced in Harbin. It is one of the famous specialties in China and sold all over the country.

Established the largest livestock products processing enterprise in China at that time-"Binjiang Products UK Import and Export Co., Ltd." in Harbin, mainly engaged in livestock slaughter and meat processing. It is one of the first three well-known enterprises in Harbin to buy domestic chickens, ducks and pheasants for processing, commonly known as "chicken and duck company", and is the predecessor of Harbin Meat Federation.

The company introduced the sausage processing technology of Russian technician Eugene Binns, built an enema factory, and produced the "first sausage" in Harbin, which marked the birth of "Harbin Meat Sausage" and became the earliest meat stuffing product processing enterprise in China.
