The reason for this situation is that the disk cache of C disk space in PHOTOSHOP is too high, which leads to the system not running normally. The solution is as follows:

1. First open the PS software and select Edit-Preferences in the interface.

2. Select temporary disk in preferences, camera raw data preference in file compatibility, and then click Clear camera raw data cache in camera raw data cache.

3. Select Edit-Preferences in the interface.

4. Temporary disk setting: Check disk C, and check all disks in other spaces as cache.

5. Select performance from the menu on the left, adjust it to the maximum in ps use, and finally confirm.
