What is the real Fang Shiyu like in history?
Fang Shiyu is a real person in history, not a fiction. According to historical records, Fang Shiyu was bullying and strong-willed since childhood, and he liked martial arts since childhood. Later, Fang had to see that Fang Shiyu had this talent, so he sent him to Shaolin Temple to study martial arts. Fang Shiyu is short and fat, and he doesn't want to be beaten. Every time he fights, he rushes to the front. Then this image may be a little different from Fang Shiyu in everyone's mind. In Evergreen, Fang Shiyu made some exaggerated descriptions, which are somewhat different from the real Fang Shiyu in history.

1, Fang Shiyu was born.

In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, martial arts was prevalent in the society, and there were still many organizations that "fought against the Qing Dynasty and regained sight". Fang De is one of these "anti-Qing and regained sight" people. He is a master of Shaolin School. At the age of 60, he met Miao Cuihua of 16 and married him. Before long, he gave birth to a boy, Fang Shiyu.

Both Fang De and Miao Cuihua like learning martial arts. From birth, Miao Cuihua will give him a bath with potions. When Miao Cuihua grew up in Fang Shiyu, he began to tie him with bamboo sticks and iron bars. Fang Shiyu has been walking in copper shoes and an iron hat since he was three years old. If this kind of behavior were Miao Cuihua and his wife today, it would definitely be called "child abuse".

But after all, he came from a martial arts family and was destined to study hard at the family's kung fu. His road to martial arts began at the age of five, and he began to pile up. His physique should not be too strong for children of the same age, not to mention that none of the children of the same age is his opponent in martial arts.

The older he gets, the more he likes to fight. After all, Fang is getting older and older. He can't just send him to Shaolin Temple to study martial arts as before. He ate a lot of snacks, but he was not tall, which led to Fang Shiyu being short and fat in the end, but he was really good at kung fu.

Among the ten tigers in Shaolin, Fang Shiyu ranks second. When he was 14 years old, he killed Lei Laohu by himself, which made him famous in the Wulin and brought him a lot of trouble.

2. Early experience

Lei Laohu was the son-in-law of the famous Wu Tang Li Bashan at that time. Even if Li Bashan didn't want Wu Tangmen to participate in the struggle because of this matter, his daughter Xiao Huan didn't want to let Fang Shiyu go. After all, Fang Shiyu killed her husband. She arranged Wu Tang to help Fang Shiyu get revenge, but when they arrived, Fang Shiyu had fled to Guangdong, and Shaolin Ten Tigers also rushed to help, but they had to say that they had the idea of shielding Fang Shiyu.

Because of this, the contradiction between Shaolin and Wudang is intensifying, and it is inevitable that the two sides will split and go to war in Guangdong. The conflict between the two sides has not been well resolved for many years. Young Xia, who has been passed down to this day, is indeed a member of the underworld, killing and setting fires. However, because of the slogan of "anti-Qing and regaining sight", Fang Shiyu has slowly washed away his image in front of everyone.

During the Qianlong period, the Bailian Sect, which had been fighting against the Qing Dynasty and regaining sight, revolted to the Forbidden City, but the uprising was quickly suppressed. In order to grasp the cohesion of non-governmental organizations, Emperor Qianlong immediately issued a decree to implement the "wall cleaning policy".

In addition to being a master of the Tang Dynasty in Wutangmen, Ba Li Mountain has another identity, that is, it is under the command of Chen Wenyao, a great scholar of Wenyuange in Qing Dynasty. After the issuance of Qianlong's imperial edict, Ba Li Mountain finally had the reason to eradicate these underworld organizations. In the twenty-eighth year of his reign (1763), there was another big contradiction between Wutangmen and Shaolin Sect.

3. Young people die young.

This time, the contradiction inspired Li Bashan to find reasons to suppress the Shaolin Sect, but also to avenge his son-in-law. The imperial court sent troops to Guangzhou on the grounds that it was suppressed. In fact, Li Bashan had his own plan to let the officers and men help Wu Tang help destroy the Shaolin Sect. Strictly speaking, it is also a liquidation of the "anti-Qing and regaining sight" forces.

1763 (in the 28th year of Qianlong), the monk Hu and Sande died in Xichan Temple, and Tong Qianjin was also killed by Wu Tangmen in the subsequent firefight. After this battle, the backbone of the Shaolin School was almost exhausted, and Fang Shiyu died at the age of 24.
