The School of Geographical Sciences and Planning is located in the East Campus of Sun Yat-sen University, which is the university town area of Guangzhou. Analysis of the examination situation in colleges and universities

First, the enrollment directory

Physical geography in Sun Yat-sen University takes math 2 and English 1.

In the past 22 years, mathematics has been changed from self-proposition to unified mathematics examination, which is more conducive to data collection and preparation, and is also more conducive to adjustment.

Second, the bibliography

Sun Yat-sen University 85 1 Physical Geography did not give a clear bibliography. According to the real questions in previous years, Wu Guang and the fourth edition of Physical Geography are recommended.

Third, the registration situation

Physical geography registration:

2 1 year recruits 13 people, free of test 1 person, recruits 12 people in the unified recruitment plan, and actually recruits 12 people;

In recent years, CUHK no longer announces the enrollment ratio. According to the number of applicants of 19, the enrollment ratio is about 5: 1, which is more prominent among universities in other regions. Compared with other 985 colleges and universities, the enrollment ratio is close to 10: 1, which is full of sincerity. It is estimated that there will be no major changes in recent years.

Generally speaking, there are fewer people who register for physical geography, but the number of applicants is relatively small.

Physical geography retest ratio:

This year, the proportion of physical geography re-examination is 1: 2, that is, 14 people enter the re-examination, and the final admission number is 7 people. However, students should not worry too much about the second interview at this stage. According to the admission situation in previous years, the final ranking will change slightly after the re-examination, but there is almost no high score, so the focus is on the preliminary test results.

What you have to do now is to take the time to learn the content of the preliminary test. The higher the score of the initial test, the more stable the second test.

Public * * * class:

I believe that the resources of public courses have been flying all over the internet for so many years. The strategy of my public course is to follow the crowd, and the energy ratio of the two courses should not exceed 50%.

1, politics

My history is relatively good, and I am interested in history (mainly modern history, Mao Zong and Shi Gang are really in the same strain), so I paddle a little politically and put more energy (for politics) on Ma Yuan. Because, if you don't study, Ma Yuan's multiple-choice question will really lose points, and you really can't understand it if you don't attend class. My personal experience is to listen to my sister's class in summer vacation, brush the questions (sometimes I brush the political election when I can't finish the professional courses at night), and then assist the skills class in September. Generally speaking, politics accounts for about 15% of my review energy. By the way, it's hard to get high marks and low marks in politics. As long as you don't hold back, you should concentrate more on professional courses. After all, the marks are there.

2. English

When I was a sophomore, I passed Band 4. At that time, my goal was 50 points (about 40 points in the science single subject line), which generally met my own requirements.

Remember one sentence, English determines whether you can go to graduate school or not, and professional courses determine how many places you can rank. English must be taken seriously. Every year, there is a tragedy that the total score is high but the single subject English is not up to standard.

Words are the foundation of everything, because it is useless for readers not to recite words, understand articles, or even understand topics and options.

It is not recommended to watch the word class. Really, there are too many words to recite for a few hours in a class. Just put the back of your hand on it. I am ashamed to say that I only memorized about 2000, first the disorganized version of New Oriental, and then the core word of 1500. Generally speaking, that's enough.

Be sure to watch the reading class with Mr. Tang Chi. Don't worry at first. Understand every article bit by bit, and then speed up. Be sure to pay attention! ! The grading standards are different in different regions. For example, if Heilongjiang Province is really loose, prepare a general template for each composition (don't remember too much, you will get confused then). My personal situation is that I study science (materialized students) in senior three. The last contact with geography was in the winter of 202 1. What is really full of fear is actually the first days. Because of cross-discipline, cross-region, so completely blind, especially professional courses, uncertain difficulty and exam focus. When I didn't have the direction and specific content to work hard, I chose Wen Jia to take the postgraduate entrance examination.

Because you are a person, working aimlessly on the information you bought, you will really feel at a loss. And every knowledge point in the textbook will be related. Simply looking at knowledge points will not only be boring, but also make you constantly doubt yourself. There are many things I can't understand in these three books. At this time, rote memorization will be really desperate.

2, the characteristics of the problem

Sun Yat-sen University 85 1 Physical Geography has no bibliography, so every year there are 1~3 questions that have not appeared in Wu Guanghe's book, but as long as you master the contents of the book, you can basically answer them.

As far as each question type is concerned, the repetition rate of noun explanation is high; Short answer questions and essay questions are very flexible and difficult, but the focus is fixed, focusing on hydrology and soil, and paying great attention to the comprehensive analysis ability and research thinking of physical geography.

In addition, in the past two years, English professional vocabulary has been investigated, but they are all relatively basic vocabulary, and the repetition rate of English vocabulary published in these two years is also relatively high, which will not cause difficulties to candidates. So be sure to get to the point. Besides memorizing English vocabulary for postgraduate entrance examination, you should also spare some time to memorize English professional vocabulary every day!

In short, the writing style of questions in the past three years is very consistent with the distribution of knowledge points in each question, so it is necessary to comprehensively master and even model the real questions in the past three years! In principle, the content of the second interview should be composed of comprehensive evaluation (100), foreign language application ability test (100) and professional ability and comprehensive quality evaluation (300).

Re-examination materials are mainly specialized courses for the first time, but you still need to know a lot about tutors and read articles and cutting-edge hotspots sent by teachers. In addition to your full preparation, whether by signing up for class or looking for a research friend, you should simulate more. After many simulations, you can find a better rhythm and sum up your own precautions.
