Among the counties, Lixian belongs to Qi County, Shiwo County belongs to Bohai County, and the rest belong to Qiancheng County. During the Xin Mang period, Qiancheng County was changed to Jianxin County. In the early years of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the organizational system of the Western Han Dynasty was impacted.
