2. Working principle
The core component of KGHY330 mine intrinsically safe pressure transmitter is diffused silicon pressure sensitive element. The principle is to form Wheatstone bridge on silicon substrate by ion implantation and laser correction. The external pressure acts on the isolation diaphragm of the sensor to displace the diaphragm, and the pressure is transmitted to the silicon substrate through the silicone oil in the diaphragm box, so that two of the four resistances of the Wheatstone bridge become smaller due to tension and the other two become larger due to compression. The change of bridge arm resistance makes the bridge out of balance, thus producing a voltage output signal proportional to the pressure. The millivolt signal of the sensor is processed by the integrated amplifier circuit and converted into the industrial standard 4 ~ 20mA signal for output.
