If you have used cloud services to back up data before, you can restore it according to the following methods.

The specific operation path of backup recovery:

Go to settings > cloud services > machine backup > click restore data > select this backup to restore the previously backed up data.

Tips:

① The backup of system data such as contacts, photo albums, audio, documents, and WeChat data is only supported by versions above ①ColorOS 1 1+0.

② Considering that using mobile data network for cloud backup will consume more data traffic, it is only recommended to operate when connecting WLAN for cloud backup or recovery.
