Hello, classmates. Today I'm going to tell you about Poets on Poetry, which is about criticism and appreciation of poetry.

Let's first understand the new words in this lesson: suddenly: suddenly; Suddenly.

Luan: Continuous mountains.

Lǒng: Cover it like a cage.

Baptism: here is a metaphor for the exercise and baptism of major struggles.

So, how should we appreciate and comment on a poem? Some people think that there are three kinds of people who have received basic training and are qualified to do literary criticism, namely artists, philosophers and literature teachers in universities.

The first is artists, because they are the direct creators of art, but their comments often rely on intuition rather than dialectics.

In other words, they can say that a piece of jewelry is good, but they can't tell us why.

Now you are at this stage. Although you are not artists, you all have a heart, a pure and free heart, and dare to express your true feelings.

Poetry is the most essential category of literature and the king of literature.

In this big family of literature, it has the longest history and the widest spread.

Only by learning to understand, comprehend and comprehend poetry can we learn to appreciate literature and have an indissoluble bond with literature.

Appreciating poetry can be said to be the first step to truly appreciate literature.

In this class, we will enjoy a modern poem together.

In people's impression, poetry is Tang poetry, Song ci and Yuan Qu, which is such a classical form.

But in fact, since 19 15 years ago, after the May 4th New Culture Movement of Chen Duxiu and Hu Shi, China has produced modern forms of poetic art. ..

This is a new poem.

Modern expressions are used in new poems, which express modern people's thoughts, feelings, emotional experiences and ways of thinking.

The most intuitive difference is that the rhythm format of ancient poetry is rigorous, the number of words per line is fixed, and the rhyme is rigorous.

However, the new poem is not so strict. Its rhythm is internal, which changes with the change of emotional experience and the development of thinking movement, just as the flow of water changes with the shape of the river bank.

Compared with ancient poetry, new poetry has made great achievements in seeing the world in its own unique way.

I want to read this poem carefully with you and feel the beauty of its words and thoughts.

Look at the first sentence, "Moonlight flows into the threshold". In the tradition of China, the moon has its own meaning.

There are many poems describing the moon, such as "there is such bright light at the foot of my bed, is there already frost?" .

I looked up at the moon and looked down, feeling nostalgic. When will there be a bright moon and ask for wine from heaven? May people live together for a long time. The bright moon shines on the snow, the moonlight shines in its pine forest, and the crystal stone shines in its stream. How bright the moonlight is at home! Never point his golden cup at the moon! Smoke cage cold water, frosty night, I sing. The moon encourages me, the moonlight in the pine forest and the crystal stone in the stream, and so on.

What I want to say with these examples is that there are many important words in China's poems, because countless poets have used them, and they have formed their own world and life.

We appreciate a poem, a poem and even a word. To exaggerate, we are talking to the ancient culture of China.

He is the infinite time and space in our mind, and we are traveling in the air at the moment.

In China's classical literary tradition, as can be seen from the above examples, when the moon appears, it represents a kind of words that tend to be cool, such as homesickness, separation, homesickness, loneliness, desolation, loneliness and so on.

It always gives people a feeling of melancholy.

In this poem, moonlight has its own meaning besides pointing out the late night and rendering the lonely mood.

The poet couldn't sleep in the middle of the night, because he was lonely, and everything around him was silent and there was no sound. Maybe there will be dogs barking in the distance.

But then there was endless silence, which really meant "the cicada forest was quieter and Tonamiyama was quieter". This is the poet's inner silence.

At this time, the poet's eyes suddenly turned, and he saw the moonlight "flowing" under the door. The "flow" here is very dynamic. In the world of ordinary people, moonlight is always a silent thing, but the word "flow" makes it alive. What everyone sees is flowing water, just like there is a river outside the school.

You can see sparkling water.

Moonlight is such a thing in the author's eyes.

A "flow" creates some dynamics in the static state.

Moonlight flows into the threshold. It turns out that the moonlight shines on the earth and sprinkles its brilliance on everything in the world.

Everyone in nature is bathed in harmonious and quiet moonlight, just like what is written in Tang poetry, "The moon shines on the snow" and "How bright the moonlight is at home!" . Obviously, the poets in these poems are observed from the outside.

Here, the poet introduces moonlight into his room, where he will start a dialogue with the poet.

This is the author's induction, "I thought it was sunshine", which seems to be a ridiculous thing on the surface. Seeing moonlight in the middle of the night, the author thought it was moonlight. Is the author really so "retarded"? No, as Li Bai wrote, "There is such bright light at the foot of my bed. Is there frost already?" "Is Li Bai nearsighted? No, he did it on purpose, showing his loneliness in the middle of the night by moonlight and frost.

Here, the author clearly knows and confirms that it is moonlight intellectually, but his emotions convince him that it should be sunshine. He has been lonely for a long time, so he needs the sunshine too much, needs its warmth, needs to bask in it and feel the relaxed mood it brings.

This is the so-called realm of having me without me.

The so-called "I have a realm, I see things, and everything is my color."

In other words, the author has his own feelings when he looks at external things. The same thing has different colors because of different moods.

This is an obvious example.

Now the moonlight has turned into sunshine.

It gives readers great suspense.

But then, there was another amazing turn and said, "Open the door, it's still late at night."

Let the reader's expectations fall through in an instant.

Looking forward to the sunshine, but the reality is still late at night. What a frustrating thing for the author.

When the author fantasizes about the beautiful years that may come, he knows that it is false.

It's like we came to heaven in our sleep and enjoyed the wonderful time in heaven, but we were told that this is not heaven, but hell.

It is no exaggeration to say that even here, this is a very meaningful poem.

Is there no hope? The author didn't end there.

Then, "Soon, the wind blew from the north/as if blowing the bowstring of the moon/so I heard the sound of dawn".

After discovering that it was already late at night, the author had a moment of meditation, perhaps sad.

I feel the "north wind" with a chill. Please note that, like the "moonlight" I mentioned earlier, the north wind has its own meaning in the poetic tradition.

Zhu Ziqing's Spring begins with "Looking forward to it, looking forward to it, the east wind is coming, and the footsteps of spring are approaching". East wind brings spring, which is warmth and hope.

The north wind, especially the wind in the north, is biting, bringing about the withering, death and desolation of everything.

But Shelley has a famous saying in ode to the west wind: "If winter comes, can spring be far behind?" Yes, after the darkness has passed, it must be light.

After winter is over, it must be spring.

Poets are the most sensitive group. When all people are sad about winter and darkness, the poet "hears the sound of dawn".

This is what the poet sees when he looks up at the sky, so the poet can't help looking at the dark earth.

The word "the river bank is crushed by the shadow of the mountain" gives people a heavy feeling and makes people breathless.

This is also a comparison with the last century.

Facing the sky, I felt hope and saw the coming dawn.

But when I set my eyes on the endless dark land, I found myself still in a state of backlog.

But then the author saw that "there are stars flowing through the wilderness", and in the vocabulary of the poem, "stars" are also very meaningful scenery.

The star here is hope, which brings courage and confidence to the author.

Although the light of this star is very weak, it adds bright colors to the wilderness.

"I feel that everything is still asleep/only I am the first person to wake up." Facing the vast dark and lonely earth, facing the sun, the moon and the stars, the author feels the eternal silence. On this cold night, only he is thinking.

This is not the author's boast, but his expectation.

This reminds me of Wang Furen's comment on Lu Xun's Night Watch. The author wants to play the role of a night watchman.

Keep yourself awake when everyone is asleep.

In these two lines, we feel the author's strong expectation of disappointment after dawn, and find that the night is still deep, but only disappointment rather than despair, which is a kind of calmness and maturity after seeing the reality clearly.
