Farewell, Wei Wan.
In the morning, I heard the wanderer singing a farewell song. Last night, you crossed the Yellow River.
People who are most worried are afraid to hear the swan song, and lonely travelers are in the silence of mountains and clouds.
In the morning of Tongguan, the cold was urged to approach the capital, and the sound of changing lanes in late autumn reached a later evening.
Please don't think Chang 'an is a place of enjoyment, lest you waste precious time.

This is a farewell poem, and the farewell is the descendant of the poet. One or two sentences in the poem imagine the scenery that Wei Wan can see along the way to Beijing, which is easy to cause homesickness. The middle four sentences are either lyrical or lyrical, with distinct levels. After Wei Wan arrived in Chang 'an, the last two sentences advised him not to indulge in Chang 'an just as a place of enjoyment, but to seize the opportunity to make a difference. This expresses the poet's deep affection for Wei Wan, and his mood is deep and sad, but it is also inspiring.
Wei Wan was later renamed Hao Wei. He once sought immortality and lived in seclusion in the king of Wu. In the 13th year of Tianbao, because of admiring Li Bai's fame, he went south to search for wuyue, and finally met Li Bai in Guangling, with a journey of more than 3,000 miles. Li Bai admired him very much and compiled his own poems into a collection of poems. When I was leaving, I also wrote a long poem to send Wei Wan, a native of Mount Wu, back to the palace. Wei Wan is a generation later than Li Qi, but judging from this poem, they seem to be very close friends. Li Jie lived in Angelababy in his later years and often went to Luoyang. This poem may have been written in Luoyang.
At the beginning of the song, "sing a farewell song to the wanderer", first talk about Wei Wan's departure, and then use "crossing the river at the beginning of frost last night" to point out the scene of the night before, with the brushwork of throwing a halberd into it, which is very imposing. "Crossing the River at the Beginning" personified first frost and wrote the bleak atmosphere of late autumn.
When the autumn night is slightly frosty and friends leave, the word "worry" naturally comes into being. The second sentence is "the cry of wild geese makes my sad heart feel sad", which exaggerates the atmosphere. "Take a gloomy mountain as the boundary", then write the title and take care of the first sentence. Wild geese who go to the south in autumn and return to the north in spring are like travelers. Its croaking geese float from the end of the sky, which makes people sad. Those who are full of melancholy, of course, are even worse. Yunshan is generally a desirable scenery, but for lonely and frustrated people, sitting opposite Yunshan will feel the boundless road ahead and feel dejected. What's the reason for wandering in other places? This is Li Jie using his own feelings to understand each other. The two function words "can't stand" and "the situation is" echo back and forth, frustrated and profound.
In five or six sentences, the poet made an affectionate guess about the traveler: "Here at the city gate, it will get cold, and the laundry cangue in the garden will be accelerated at dusk." From Luoyang to the west, you must pass through Guhan Canyon and Tongguan. In cool autumn and September, the plants are crumbling and bleak, which indicates the arrival of cold weather. Originally, the cold changed the color of the tree, but the cold is invisible, and the color of the tree is visible, as if the color of the tree brought the cold, and it was the color of the tree that urged the cold. The word "rush" vividly describes the ordinary scenery, which is unique to Chang 'an, because there are a lot of anvil sounds at night. However, why the poet didn't introduce Chang 'an with the majestic scenery of Chengguan and the imperial garden Tsinghua, but only highlighted the "anvil sound of the imperial garden", which is thought-provoking. Wei Wan may have never been to Chang 'an, while Li Qi has been to the capital many times, where he was "bankrupt" and suffered a lot. In these two conjectures, the poet has been feeling emotions all his life and said nothing. The two words "urging the cold to approach" and "dying" are relative, implying that time waits for no one, and time is easy to get old, which leads to the ending sentence.
"How long can capital satisfy you, and months and years have passed in vain?" It is simply the tone of the elders, giving Wei Wan a cordial charge. The word "amusement place" is written in Chang 'an here, which corresponds to the last two sentences "the anvil sound of the imperial garden". One is imaginary and the other is real, which just shows the poet's will. He earnestly warned Wei Wan that although Chang 'an is a "land of amusement", it is not something that ordinary people can enjoy. Don't kill precious time easily, but seize the opportunity to achieve something. It can be said that it is earnest.
This poem was praised by later generations because it was good at refining sentences. The poet interweaves narrative, scenery description and lyricism. For example, two inverted sentences strengthen and deepen the description. First, "Hongyan" and "Yunshan" are images that the senses come into contact with, and then write "Listening in Worry" and "Passers-by", which is based on the situation, conforms to the cognitive law and is easy to cause people to sing. Similarly, "Guancheng Tree Color" and "Imperial Garden Anvil Sound" in the triple are vivid and natural images related to climate, time and other environmental conditions. The words "urge" and "direction" are more useful in deliberation.
Brief introduction of the author
Li Qi (690-75 1), Han nationality, born in Dongchuan (now Santai, Sichuan) (controversial), was a poet in the Tang Dynasty. I lived in Dengfeng, Henan Province when I was a teenager. In the thirteenth year of Kaiyuan, he was a scholar and served as a junior officer of Xinxiang County Commandant. His poems are mainly based on frontier fortress themes, and his style is bold and sad, especially the seven-character songs.
