In history, there have been historical figures who have important influence in Guangdong, such as Zhang Jiuling and Qiu? Chen Baisha, Zhan Ruoshui and Liang Tingnan in Qing Dynasty, Huang Zunxian, Kang Youwei, Liang Qichao and Sun Yat-sen in modern times all made important contributions to the development of China culture. They left behind many precious historical documents. In the past, our research on them mostly stayed at the stage of literature collation and research. However, why are these people born and raised in Lingnan, but their thoughts, theories and personalities have national influence? Obviously, our exploration of Lingnan cultural spirit has not gone deep. For another example, from the Tang Dynasty, Lingnan was the place where the imperial court relegated officials. Officials who were demoted to Lingnan in past dynasties, such as Han Yu, Liu Yuxi, Su Shi and Qin Guan, were themselves cultural celebrities at that time. In ancient times, Central Plains culture was in the position of mainstream culture, while Lingnan culture was in the position of marginal culture. In other words, Central Plains culture is a strong culture, while Lingnan culture is a weak culture. In modern times, Guangdong became the cradle of modern revolution. Today, Guangdong's economy is in a leading position in the country, and Lingnan culture has been developing and growing in the historical process of exchange and interaction with the Central Plains culture, with more and more distinctive features and greater influence.
