Please slide down the phone desktop to bring up global search/smart search, enter the name of system preset software (such as email), and click Restore.
If it cannot be restored, please check it as follows:
Is sub-user or privacy space open?
If multi-user is turned on, the application version number of the sub-user is higher than the current main user and cannot be restored. Please go to settings > users and accounts > multi-user, switch to sub-user or guest mode, uninstall the application and try again.
If you have opened the privacy space, please go to Settings, search and enter the privacy space, uninstall the application and try again.
Close privacy space or sub-users.
If the application can't be uninstalled in the sub-user or privacy space, or can't be recovered after the sub-user and privacy space are uninstalled, it is recommended that you back up your data, close the privacy space, sub-user or guest mode, and then try again.
Enter the application market and download again.
If the uninstalled application cannot be found in the global search interface, please enter the application market to search for the uninstalled application and download and install it again.
If you can't find the uninstalled application in the application market, please enter mine in the application market, then click Install Management to find the uninstalled application, and click Install.
Still can't solve?
If it is still unresolved, it is recommended that you back up the data (QQ, WeChat and other third-party applications need to be backed up separately), and the uninstalled applications can be restored after they are restored to factory settings.
