1964, Sichuan Branch of China National Salt Industry Corporation was established;
1965, Sichuan Salt Administration Bureau was established, and salt distribution stations were set up in various regions. At the same time, salt-making enterprises are directly under the provincial management and implement "one institution, two brands";
1973 established Sichuan Salt Bureau, 1969 decentralized more than 20 salt-making enterprises to local governments, leaving only Wutongqiao, Penglai and Nanchong Salt Plants directly under their control.
1978 In May, Sichuan Light Industry Department established Sichuan Salt Industry Company;
1September, 1985, it was changed to Sichuan Salt Administration Bureau and Sichuan Salt Industry Transportation and Marketing Company, with "one organization and two brands", with separate internal responsibilities and under the leadership of the Provincial Department of Light Industry;
1June, 987, Sichuan Salt Industry Marketing Company was renamed as "Sichuan Salt Industry Company" and officially launched industrial and commercial registration;
/kloc-0 changed its name to "Sichuan Salt Industry Corporation" in March, 1999;
In September 2004, the competent department was changed from Sichuan Light Industry Department to Sichuan Economic Committee (now Sichuan Economic and Information Committee).
