Nanxiang Ancient Town is one of the four famous historical towns in Shanghai. This place was originally famous for Nanxiang Temple. During the Duanping period of the Southern Song Dynasty (1234- 1236), Zhao Yunming, the prime minister of Song Lizong, re-inscribed this plaque. In A.D. 1700, Kangxi granted Yun Xiang Temple, so it was renamed Yun Xiang Temple.

Guyiyuan

It is one of the five largest gardens in Shanghai. The classic buildings of the Tang Dynasty, the common towers of the Song Dynasty, the South Hall, the Yinwei Pavilion and other cultural relics preserved in the park are precious and fascinating.
