After graduating from college, I worked hard to test the system and was admitted to teachers, institutions and civil servants. My friends and I have participated in the national and provincial examinations every year. I'm a senior in the provincial examination (recruiting 2 people), and I successfully landed with the first written test, the third interview and the first total score. Choosing a post is the first step to take the public examination. Choose the right score and you may go ashore. If you choose the wrong score, you may not be able to enter the interview. Even if you are accepted, you may not want to go. In terms of department position selection, I personally recommend the following positions:

1, position of municipal party committee (party committee) department.

For example, positions in the office of the Municipal Party Committee, the Supervision Bureau of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Organization Department, the Propaganda Department, the United Front Work Department and the Editorial Board Office.

Reason: These are all leadership positions, and they are in high positions. Daily work is close to important leaders, and to be honest, promotion in official career is faster. There are many candidates applying for these positions. In the second interview, I applied for the position of the lecturer group of the municipal party Committee and lost to the graduate sister who was the first in the written test. It's a pity that I won the first place in the interview. Therefore, it is also hard to learn hegemony in important positions, and it is not recommended to work hard.

2. positions in the finance department.

No matter where the municipal finance, county finance or finance department is located, it is not recommended to choose.

Reason: Many white people think that the finance department is full of money, and they think that they can get much higher salary than others after being admitted. Wrong, civil servants are paid by rank. As long as their ranks are the same, they are the same everywhere. It is precisely because of this "self-righteous" thinking that many fresh graduates rush to the finance department, which will lead to a surge in the number of applicants and a high admission score. The small partner who reported for class training together is a comprehensive post of the Municipal Finance Department, and only scored 145 in the written test, ranking third. Therefore, departments with "more money" generally have higher admission scores and are more difficult, which is not recommended.

3, the township government staff positions.

I don't recommend applying for the position of township government, no matter what position it is. ?

Reason: Township governments work at the grass-roots level, and generally their professional and academic qualifications are relatively relaxed, and some even have no restrictions. After all, it is a reality that it is difficult to keep people and recruit people at the grassroots level. Therefore, this kind of position with loose conditions will inevitably attract most people to apply for the exam, and it will also raise the score too high and is not recommended.

4. Positioning of "seven stops and eight stops" in villages and towns.

Specifically, it refers to: judicial office, housing management office, food and drug supervision office, agricultural machinery station, agricultural technology station, water conservancy station, urban construction station, family planning station, cultural station, broadcasting station, economic management station, passenger station, etc.

Reasons: First, like the above-mentioned township governments, the conditions are relatively loose. There is another reason. Grassroots work generally gives way to newcomers. A friend of mine was admitted as a staff member by the Food and Drug Administration. The next year, he became the deputy director, or section. Because there are only three people, a director (deputy) and a smooth worker, he can basically only contract office work by himself. This is a great injustice. So the exam is difficult, and the work is still humbled. Not recommended.

5, the tax department position.

For example, positions in the national tax and local tax departments. Some places have been reorganized and merged. The position of general affairs department can only be found in the municipal national examination or independent recruitment examination, and there are fewer provincial examinations.

Reason: This is a special department and a special post. All civil servants' wages and benefits depend on taxes, so the position in this department is higher than that in other departments. As far as I know, the civil servants in our city's tax system are more than 800 yuan higher than our department under the same conditions, not counting performance bonuses. The higher the level, the greater the gap. So the treatment is good, everyone wants to go, and the difficulty is naturally not small. That's the position of expert confrontation, which is not recommended.

6. Law enforcement positions of urban management departments.

For example, urban management bureau, housing and construction bureau, natural resources bureau, market supervision and other departments have law enforcement positions.

Reason: It is undeniable that the salary of law enforcement posts will be higher, but not much higher. Usually clothes and shoes are equipped. But the work is difficult and there are many people dealing with the public. There is a feeling that a scholar meets a soldier, and his hands are powerless. It is not recommended if you are not good at interpersonal relationships. Also, news of injuries to law enforcement personnel has occurred from time to time. For your own physical and mental health, it is not recommended.

7, urban neighborhood comprehensive (clerk) position

Reason: The post of the city street office can be said to be that of the township government, and the post conditions are basically loose. Although there are professional requirements now, they are relatively relaxed in terms of academic qualifications, work experience and political outlook. In addition, street offices are generally around the city, and the traffic is good, so the number of applicants will surge and the scores of applicants will not be low.

My former colleague took the post of street office twice, majoring in Chinese language and literature, and his written test score was around 135 each time, but he failed to pass the exam every time. There are very few posts in general street offices. 1. So it is not recommended.

8, the administrative organ window service positions

Every administrative organ has administrative examination and approval items, and if there are administrative examination and approval items, a service window will be set up in the government service center. It is not recommended if it is a location in these windows.

Reason: It is easy to meet unreasonable people in the window of serving the masses, and it is easy to get angry at work, which affects the mood. Doing well is the credit of the leader, and doing badly is your own fault. My unit also has a service window. According to my colleagues there, I often get calls from people who are "popular" and come to work. I have met people who think they are uncles and emperors, and I can see all kinds of "monsters". No matter how strong you are, you will not lose your temper, so this position is not recommended.

9. Grassroots police posts.

Mainly talk about the positioning of the police at the grassroots police station.

Reason: Generally, county-level public security bureaus recruit many grass-roots police civil servants every year, mainly to township-level police stations. As we all know, grass-roots work is a string of thousands of lines above and a needle below. There are few official policemen in each police station, and most of them are auxiliary policemen. Social affairs, community villagers' family affairs, may find the police station, but the manpower is limited, and those trivial things are not easy to do. Whoever goes is annoying and not recommended.

10, marked as a hard remote location.

This mainly refers to the work of forests, reservoirs and fish ponds.

Reason: Generally speaking, only those who are very homesick or need to be close to their rural hometown to take care of their families will choose these positions. If you want to save the country by curve, it is difficult to transfer through interpersonal relationship after landing. Moreover, this position has a fixed number of years of service, and it cannot be transferred before the time is up. Therefore, it is not recommended to apply if you are cautious. ?

In fact, there are many conditions for the position, including major, education, age, political outlook, work experience, working years, professional examinations, work place, gender, remote areas and so on.

If you are a schoolmaster and are confident that you can win any position, you can apply for whatever you want, and you don't need to accept anyone's so-called superficial opinions and suggestions, including what I said above.
