According to the relevant data of Shanghai Railway Network, 1 On August 4th, 1986, the State Council approved the Request for Instructions on the Proposal of Building Xinlonghua-New Passenger Station Underground Railway Project, and in October, 19901the State Council approved the formal construction of Shanghai Metro1Line. On May 28th, 1993, the subway line 1 from Jinjiang Paradise to Xujiahui Station was completed and opened to traffic for the first time, and Shanghai people finally realized their "subway dream".
