Historical allusions about unity, love of peace, diligence, courage and self-improvement
Zhao Jun left the fort.

It happened in the Han Dynasty and was published in the Biography of Southern Xiongnu in the later Han Dynasty.

Historical story:

Wang Zhaojun, Wang Qi, whose real name is Zhaojun, was originally a maid-in-waiting.

In 54 BC, Uhaanyehe, a Hun, was defeated by his brother Zhi Zhi Khan, joined the Han Dynasty, moved south to Guanglusai outside the Great Wall, married the Western Han Dynasty, and entered Chang 'an three times, asking Emperor Gaozu to be his son-in-law.

When Wang Zhaojun heard about it, he volunteered to leave the fortress.

When she arrived in Xiongnu, she was named "Hu Ning E Shi" (E Shi, meaning "Queen"), symbolizing that she would bring peace, tranquility and prosperity to Xiongnu.

Later, with the support of the Western Han Dynasty, Uhaanyehe controlled all the territory of the Huns.

When Xuan Di became the Emperor of the Western Han Dynasty, the national strength was very strong.

At that time, the Xiongnu in the north declined more and more because of internal struggles, and finally split into five Khan forces.

It is said that a man named Hu, who is said to be a minister of Han, came to Chang 'an to worship Han.

After the death of Emperor Gaozu Xuan Di, Yuan Di ascended the throne. In 33 BC, he called Xie Han into the DPRK again and asked himself to be his son-in-law.

Yuan Di agreed and decided to choose a maid-in-waiting as a princess to marry Uhaanyehe.

There are many ladies-in-waiting who are selected from the harem. They are locked in the palace all day and want to leave the palace, but they are unwilling to marry the Huns.

The minister in charge is in a hurry.

At this time, a maid-in-waiting volunteered to travel.

Her name is Wang Qi, also known as Zhaojun. She is beautiful and knowledgeable.

When the minister heard that Wang Zhaojun was willing to go, he quickly reported to Yuan Di.

Yuan Di told his ministers to choose an auspicious day, so that Hu Hanye and Zhaojun became relatives in Chang 'an.

Khan is very happy and excited to get such a beautiful young wife.

Before returning to Xiongnu, when Wang Zhaojun bid farewell to Emperor Xiandi, Emperor Xiandi saw her beautiful, dignified and lovely, and wanted to keep her, but it was too late.

It is said that after Yuan Di returned to the palace, the more he thought about it, the more annoyed he became. How could he not find such a beautiful woman in the harem He asked people to take out the portrait of Zhaojun in the portrait of the maid-in-waiting, only to know that Zhaojun in the portrait was far from being cute.

Why is it painted like this? It turned out that the ladies-in-waiting were generally not directly selected by the emperor, but a painter painted a portrait and handed it over to the emperor to decide whether to be selected.

At that time, Mao Yanshou, a painter, painted portraits for ladies-in-waiting, and the ladies-in-waiting wanted to give him gifts to make him paint people beautifully.

Wang Zhaojun was dissatisfied with this kind of corruption and extortion and refused to give gifts, so Mao Yanshou didn't paint Wang Zhaojun's beauty truthfully.

Therefore, Yuan Di was furious and punished Mao Yanshou.

Wang Zhaojun rode away from Chang 'an and was escorted by officials of the Han Dynasty and Xiongnu.

She braved the biting cold wind beyond the Great Wall and came all the way to Xiongnu area to be Uhaanyehe's wife.

Zhaojun gradually got used to the life of Xiongnu, got along well with Xiongnu, and passed on the culture of Central Plains to Xiongnu.

Zhaojun was buried in Daqingshan after his death. Huns built her grave and regarded her as a fairy.

Zhaojun tomb is the tomb of the Qing Dynasty.

Later, in order to avoid Si Mazhao's taboo, Zhaojun changed his name to Wang Mingjun.

Extended information related allusions:

There are not many records about Wang Zhaojun in the history books, only less than 150 words.

Wang Zhaojun, whose real name is Zhen, was born in Zigui (now Hubei), the southern county of the Western Han Dynasty. In the Jin Dynasty, she avoided Si Mazhao's taboo and changed her name to "Ming Jun" or "Fei Ming". She is the daughter of Wang Xiang of Qi State. Because she is a civilian, the details of her life cannot be verified.

/kloc-at the age of 0/7, he was chosen to be summoned to the palace.

In the Han and Yuan Dynasties, please be your own son-in-law, and decide to choose a maid-in-waiting with both talents and looks from the imperial palace to be a princess and marry Hu.

Wang Zhaojun, who understands the great righteousness, volunteered.

Zhaojun's departure from the fortress realized the Xiongnu people's desire for peace, and Uhaanyehe named her "E Shi, Hu Ning (E Shi means Xiongnu, meaning Queen)".

After Zhaojun's death, her daughters Su Buju, Dang Yunju, Sun Tzu Daqiqu, nephew and Wang Sa all continued to work hard for peace and friendship between China and Hungary.

Sixty years after Zhaojun left Cyprus, "the frontier became a feast, cattle and horses scattered in the wild, there was no warning of dogs barking in the third world, and there was no war in Li Shu."
