1, Lei Feng (19401218-1962 August 15), formerly known as Lei Zhengxing. Born into a poor peasant family in Jianjiatang, Leifeng Town, Changsha, Hunan Province, his grandfather Lei Xinting, his father, his mother Zhang and his younger brother Lei died one after another, and his younger brother starved to death. Lei Feng, who was only seven years old, became an orphan.

2. Lei Feng's deeds:

(1) 1955, Lei Feng transferred to Heyeba Primary School (now Lei Feng School). In the spring of the same year, at the climax of agricultural cooperation, Lei Feng donated all 3.6 mu of land allocated in the land reform to Heyeba Primary School.

(2)1in the spring of 958, Lei Feng took office at Tuanshanhu Farm. Responding to the call of Wangcheng Youth League Committee, he donated a tractor, and Lei Feng donated it to 20 yuan, becoming the largest donation among teenagers in the county;

(3)1August, 960, participated in the rescue and disaster relief of Shangsi Reservoir, and fought for 7 days and 7 nights despite illness.
