On Middle East Historical Prose
The Middle East issue is a historical accident. When I read Marx and Engels' German Ideology, I found that they used the word "communication" in many places in the book. One of them said: "Whether the productivity created in a certain place, especially the invention, will be lost in the future development depends on the expansion of communication. Only when communication is world-wide and based on large industries, and only when all ethnic groups participate in competition, can we ensure the preservation of the productive forces we have created. " Here, Marx and Engels linked productivity, communication and cosmopolitanism, and "communication" became the core link. This shows the importance of "communication" in their minds. So, I began to pay attention to the problem of "communication". The result of my thinking in the sense of historical philosophy is that human communication and human history develop simultaneously, which is determined by human social attributes. In the first historical activity-productive labor, human beings showed the dual relationship of communication: the relationship between nature and society. The society established on the basis of this relationship is the essential unity of man and nature, the support for people to create material civilization and spiritual civilization, and the beginning of civilized communication. However, when I turned the issue of communication from philosophical thinking to historical field, I first encountered the problem of war, that is, how to explain war with "communication". Marx and Engels' statement that "war itself is still a frequent form of communication" prompted me to think about the relationship between "war" and "communication", so I systematically studied the classic book On War. Marx's exposition that war is "political communication" proves Ma's and En's views and further clarifies my thinking on communication. In this way, I have a preliminary macro understanding of communication from two aspects of philosophy and history: communication is the basic social practice of human beings, and we must never study the evolution of human civilization without communication, and human civilization communication is the driving force of social progress.
