A quick topic in Tongji history
Postgraduates majoring in Tongji architecture can generally choose three directions: history, design and architecture.

1, initial test phase

No matter which direction you take the preliminary exam, you have to take four courses, political English and two professional courses.

If it is the design direction, take two courses: architectural history and architectural rapid design. History needs to recite Chinese and foreign architectural history, their respective illustrations and architectural records, and most of the main drawings can be memorized. The design of quick questions depends on understanding, but Tongji's quick questions are relatively easy, and you can basically pass them without falling into the trap of the questions.

The structural direction is two courses: architectural structure and architectural history. Take two courses in historical direction: architectural history and ancient prose. I haven't even taken the exam in this direction, so I'm not particularly clear about the review content.

2. Re-examination stage

It is divided into two parts: written test and interview. The written test of professional foreign languages and quick questions is very simple, and the quick questions are also very careful. Don't fall into the trap and lead to the wrong direction. After that, there will be an interview, which may or may not require an oral English test, depending on the requirements of each echelon for inspecting teachers. However, in the second interview stage, it mainly depends on whether you have found a good tutor. If the tutor agrees to admit you, then the second interview is basically no problem, so don't worry too much.
