1, Jiangnan stove
Located in the north of the city, far away from the old city, the appropriate five-star hotel "Guo" prefix is equipped with first-class decoration and service. Even the smell in the hotel is very different from that of China in Beijing International Trade Center. The dining area is divided into several rooms, without the noise of big rooms and scattered tables, and the service is meticulous.
2. Ye Qiang Hotel
The old restaurant, which has been open for more than 20 years, has two shops in one street, and the daily side dishes are also lively and fragrant. Bobo pot is the signature series here, with several combinations of different ingredients. The collocation of frog and duck tongue is a bit tongue-consuming, which is not suitable for eating meat in a hurry. The whole is sweet and fragrant, and every duck tongue and frog is wrapped in rich sauce.
3. Yan Gui Lou in Cheng Nan
On the east side of the old gate, there is a wooden two-story building, which is very beautiful. Sitting next to the window facing the street in the dining area on the second floor, I looked up at the green street view full of spring. The tables, chairs and environment are very comfortable. The menus are all Nanjing specialties. They all look delicious. Two people are better. 1-2 dishes are served with various Nanjing local snacks.
4. Guangyingju Laozhengxing Hotel
The old local restaurant in Nanjing has been open for more than 20 years, in a residential area, far from the scenic spot. The merchant storefronts in a community are not spacious. Signs and stickers on the wall suggest the past experience here. The menu is simple and the proprietress introduced it clearly. The signature dish is only one page, and the first few big dishes need to be booked in advance.
5. Garden Restaurant
The store is very big, with gold-lettered signboards and bronze figures. The dining area is also very open and does not weigh much. Each kind has a small bowl or one, which is more than enough for two people. Duck blood vermicelli soup, spiced beans and dried Kaiyang silk are not exquisite, but they are indeed the common taste of Nanjing.
