Wang Bo, one of the four outstanding figures in the early Tang Dynasty, prefaced Wang Tengting Collection at the age of 25. What level is this?
Writing Preface to the Wang Teng Pavilion is of course an excellent level. Wang Bo wrote such an article at the age of 25, which is really a genius.

In 675 AD, Wang Bo passed by Nanchang to visit relatives. At that time, Taoist Yan of Hongzhou rebuilt the pavilion and held a grand banquet for the guests. Apollo wanted his son-in-law Meng Caizi to show off, and for a pretence invited all the guests to preface Teng. The other guests knew that Apollo wanted his son-in-law to write, so they all refused.

Only to find that Wang Bo really started writing. So Apollo was very angry at first, left the table angrily, pretended to go to the toilet, and sent his people to read the article written by Wang Bo to him. Wang Bo began to write "Old County in Zhang Yu, New House in Hongdu", which Apollo thought was a cliche. The following two sentences: "The stars are divided into wings, and the ground is connected to Lu Heng". Apollo added, "This is just an old thing." Only to find that Wang Bo below, like an old racing driver, lost control and wrote many perfect poems. When it was written that "at the turn of summer, guests and hosts did their best in the southeast", the servant reported this to Apollo, but he hesitated and said nothing. When Wang Bo wrote the famous saying that "the sunset is lonely in Qi Fei, and the autumn water is * * * the sky is one color", Apollo lamented: "This is really a genius and a fairy!" So even the toilet is no longer used. He came out and stood beside Wang Bo, watching him finish his writing.

It can be seen that preface to Wang Teng-ting is a masterpiece, but where is the cow? Let me analyze it for you slowly. The first feature of Preface to Wang Tengting is that it uses many allusions, almost one after another, which has become a nightmare for middle school students. So many allusions are really hard to remember. Because a lot of allusions are used, although the language is concise, it can express rich ideas. The preface to Wang Teng-ting is only a few hundred words, which is equivalent to the length of a middle school composition, but when I studied it, I felt as if I had written thousands of words.

It is difficult to use allusions, because you must have at least 10 to 100 allusions in your mind. In addition, it is not easy to find the most meaningful allusions in a short time and write such a neat parallel prose. Wang Bo used dozens of allusions in Preface to Wang Teng-ting, but he can put them in place one by one, and they are all appropriate. This is simply a "human flesh database".

Therefore, Preface to Wang Tengting is a terrible stunt. At Teng's banquet, in the face of many celebrities, Wang Bo intentionally displayed his talents, and indeed achieved good publicity results.

Of course, if Preface to Wang Tengting is just a flashy work, it will not be the only way to learn classical Chinese, let alone be included in middle school textbooks. The greatest advantage of Preface to Wang Tengting is that it not only dazzles people, but also expresses the author's sincere feelings and thoughts.

The ancients criticized parallel prose a lot, mainly paying too much attention to formal things such as antithesis and allusions, while ignoring the expression of ideas. However, preface to Wang Teng-ting does not have this problem.

In the first paragraph of Preface to Wang Teng Pavilion, I first described why I wrote such a preface and praised the guests present. In the second paragraph, I wrote about the magnificence of Wang Teng Pavilion, and in the third paragraph, I wrote about the beautiful scenery seen from a distance. All this was normal, but then Wang Bo started to play.

Sunset and lonely Qi Fei, autumn waters and sky are the same.

In the fourth paragraph, Wang Bo looked at the distance from the stage and remembered that the universe was infinite and life was limited, so he began to feel, "The sky is vast and the universe is infinite; I am full of sorrow and I know a lot. " Wang Xizhi's Preface to the Lanting Pavilion caused sorrow, while Chen Ziang's Preface to the Youzhou Gate House was generous and solemn.

In the fifth paragraph, Wang Bo thinks that he is in the universe and laments that "his fate is unbalanced and his life is doomed". Compare yourself with people who have never met their talents.

Of course, as a promising 25-year-old, such writing is a bit boastful but not arrogant. Therefore, in the sixth paragraph, Wang Bo sweeps away his increasingly depressed mood and shows a warm attitude. It can be said that Yan Zai made a very successful self-promotion at the banquet. Everyone here will remember this brilliant young man, who has extraordinary literary talent and lofty aspirations.

Because the preface to Tengwang Pavilion is well written, people often ignore this poem after the preface to Tengwang Pavilion. Interested friends can taste this poem, which has far-reaching artistic conception. Li Bai's famous sentence "Sail alone in the sky, only the Yangtze River flows in the sky." Li Bai is the greatest poet in the Tang Dynasty. You can imagine how great this poem is.
