Material preparation: paper and neutral carbon pen.
1, set the upper and lower positions of the neutral carbon pen first, and be sure to shape it gently to avoid being difficult to wipe when making mistakes, and slowly draw the outline of the character. Take out the charcoal bar and paint it with the inherent color of the face, regardless of the hair on the face. Wipe and soften the color of the new painting with a paper towel.
2. Refine the characters' eyes. The eyes are a small oval. When paying attention to the side, the eyes must be oblique triangles. Sponge eggs set off a light background and highlight the three-dimensional sense of the characters. Make the overall color of the character dark, and then wipe it with a paper towel and color it evenly.
3. Use charcoal to emphasize the background color, sponge eggs rub the gray background color, and use gray and bright colors to express the three-dimensional sense of the characters. Eraser brightens the bridge of the nose and enriches the color level of the characters.
4. Rubber brightens the color of the bright part of the character and emphasizes the three-dimensional sense of the character. The brush strokes are light gray, showing the feeling of blonde hair. Take out the color of the dark part of the neck with a pen and paper, and then wipe the color evenly with a paper towel. Draw hair and hair projection with hard carbon tape. Neutral charcoal details depict hair, making it have obvious roots.
Matters needing attention in figure sketch:
1, position, direction or azimuth:
After determining the relationship between the shape of the object and the block, and adding a suitable light source, it is necessary to further determine the exact position of the object in space. There is a more complicated situation here: that is, the painter has to decide the relationship between the position where he is or wants to be and the form.
Although the painter is now standing on the floor of the studio, if necessary, he can observe the model as if he were looking up from the basement or down from the chandelier.
2. Determine the direction:
It is not too difficult to determine the position of an object when sketching. But for beginners, it is quite difficult to keep this posture all the time. Students tend to face in one direction when drawing headshots, and finally their noses and mouths will face in different directions.
Drawing a half torso like this will also cause the front direction and the side direction to be inconsistent. When drawing a hand, this problem of orientation or direction is particularly important. Take the whole wrist as an example. In fact, there are 16 respective orientation or direction problems to be solved.
