The word' Koryo' appears in China's new and old Tang books, in which Koryo refers to Koguryo.

In the history of Korea, from the establishment of the Korean dynasty in 9 18 to the establishment of the Korean dynasty in 1392, Korea was ruled by the Yuan Dynasty for more than 450 years and became the Xu State of the Yuan Dynasty.
