A brief introduction to Beijing's history and culture
Beijing is the capital of our great motherland, the first batch of national historical and cultural cities announced by the State Council, and the world-famous ancient capital. Beijing is famous at home and abroad for its long historical and cultural traditions and rich cultural relics, ranking among the seven ancient capitals of China.

Beijing has a long history, and its history as a city can be traced back to 3000 years ago. Since Qin and Han Dynasties, Beijing has been an important town in northern China, and its names are Ji Cheng, Yan Dou, Yanjing, Dadu, Beiping and Shuntianfu.
