Zhou Dong was the master of Yue Fei, a famous anti-gold star in the Southern Song Dynasty. Zhou Dong (Zhengzhou Zhouji Tongguan, about1040-1119) was born in Tongguan, Huazhou. It is recorded in the Song Dynasty's Biography of Yue Fei that "(Yue Fei) learned to shoot from Zhou Tong and tried his best to shoot from left to right. In the same way, Wang Shuo set up a sacrificial platform in his tomb. " There are not many records about Zhou Dong in the history books, and most of Zhou Dong's romantic images are processed by folk art. As for the fact that Lu Junyi, Lin Chong, Shi Wengong and Song Wu were successively taken as disciples, it remains to be verified and disputed in the academic circles.
