The emperors' temples of past dynasties are located atNo. 13 1 Fuchengmennei Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. Opening hours are generally temporary closure of scenic spots. Emperors Temple, commonly known as the Imperial Temple, is a royal temple dedicated to the three emperors and five emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties, outstanding emperors and heroes of all ethnic groups. Its scale and function are unique in China and rare in the world.

There are 167 emperors and 79 heroes in the temple. The main hall, Jingdechong Hall, is centered on the gods of Fuxi, Yan Di and Huangdi, and surrounded by the gods of other emperors. The atmosphere is solemn. There are "Historical Evolution Exhibition of Imperial Palace in Past Dynasties" and "Exhibition of Main Sacrificial Figures in Imperial Palace in Past Dynasties" in the East and West Attached Halls, which can help the audience to further understand the establishment, development and perfection of Imperial Palace and its sacrificial system.

The ancestral temple also held a special exhibition of "Three Emperors, Five Emperors and Hundreds of Surnames", with the theme of "One common family, rooted in China", showing the origin and spread of 100 major surnames from the three Emperors and Five Emperors, and major scenic spots, so as to deepen the audience's understanding of the common ancestor of the Chinese nation-Three Emperors and Five Emperors through the knowledge of surnames culture.

The Guandi Temple was built during the Qianlong period, and now a special exhibition on Guan Gong culture is held to introduce Guan Yu, Guanling in Dangyang, Guanlin in Luoyang and Guandi Temple in Jiezhou in history, and to interpret Guan Yu's life with the main line of "lying in Dangyang, resting in Luoyang, and returning home to respect the emperor"
