More than forty kinds of wild Chinese herbal medicines, such as licorice, Bupleurum and Lycium barbarum, are distributed all over the county. There are 3 10 varieties of Chinese herbal medicines in the county. There are 96 varieties in Longxi, accounting for 26.4% of the whole country. Among the commonly used 130 varieties, there are 93 species in Longxi, accounting for 72% of the whole country. The planting area of Chinese herbal medicines is 350,000 mu, the standardized planting area is 200,000 mu, the total output is 42 1 10,000 tons, and the output value is10.40 billion yuan.

Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus-There are more than 90 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, mainly Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus. Codonopsis pilosula is a nutritional supplement, which has the functions of invigorating the middle energizer, invigorating qi, regulating the spleen and stomach, moistening the lung and promoting fluid production. White codonopsis pilosula is long and fat and has a high reputation. Hedysarum hedysari is a single column without strips, strong and hard, and sells well at home and abroad.
