Shangcai, an ancient country of Cai, is the ancestral home of the Cai family at home and abroad, the hometown of Li Si, the prime minister of Qin Dynasty, and the hometown of Chongyang culture in China. According to legend, Fu, the ancestor of ancient times, was born in Cai land because of picking yarrow, and painted hexagrams on the banks of Cai River, hence the name "Cai".
