1. Please go to the "Theme Store" APP > My > Purchased Resources page to see if you can find it. If you can find it, apply the resource.
2. Please confirm whether the login is the account of the purchase theme, and log in to the corresponding account to see if it can be found; If the registered account number is correct, please confirm whether the order is available for purchase. If so, please use the available balance to purchase the theme.
3. If you remember the name of the purchased resource, please search in the theme store.
4. please go to "theme store" APP > my > on the setting page in the upper right corner, click "check for updates" on the right side of "version number" and try again.
5. please go to "mobile phone settings > software update or settings > about this machine > software update" page, upgrade your mobile phone system and try again.
6. please press and hold theme store APP > application information (application details) > storage occupied page, click "clear data" and try again.
7. Please back up the data and restore the factory settings, and then try again.
Tips:
① After upgrading the mobile phone system, if the original resources are inconsistent with the current system version, they cannot be used.
(2) Due to the copyright term, the purchased resources will not be found when the resources are removed from the shelves. If they were purchased in the last 90 days, you can contact the manual customer service to apply for a refund.
